Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using dminsecond.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dminsecond, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

dminsecond is a cloud-based Instagram automation platform that allows eligible Instagram Professional account owners to automate comment replies, send Instagram Direct Messages, manage campaigns, and view automation analytics using Meta's official APIs.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must own or be authorized to manage the connected Instagram account.
  • You must comply with Meta Platform Policies.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, OTP verification, and all activities performed under your account.

5. Instagram Integration

dminsecond uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API. We never request or store your Instagram password. Authentication is performed using Meta OAuth.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No spam campaigns.
  • No abusive or illegal content.
  • No misleading marketing.
  • No violation of Instagram or Meta policies.
  • No attempts to interfere with the platform.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance using Razorpay. Subscription plans, pricing and usage limits are displayed on the Pricing page.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing cycle.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to scheduled maintenance, Meta platform changes, internet connectivity, or other external factors.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, content, documentation and source code belonging to dminsecond remain the intellectual property of dminsecond unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

dminsecond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Service.

13. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform or violate Meta policies.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
